Re: Coronavirus (COVID-19): What You Need To Know
Dear legs: Distancing and isolation are not always possible. The virus spreads from contact with people who have no symptoms. My former PSW, my sister-in-law who is a nurse, and my MS friend who also has juvenile diabetes for the last 50 years, and works as a receptionist in an old-age nursing home...

Why I Refuse Gadolinium MRI
Having canceled a trans-Atlantic flight for health reasons, the travel insurance company demanded an MRI of the brain prior to reimbursement of my air ticket. I wasn’t averse to this idea because I had had only one MRI in my life in 1990. Being a study of the brain, I wanted to see the upper spine a...

Thanks for the suggestions. Now that I'm back to juicing regularly, it will be good to spice things up a bit.

Veggie Juice Heals - A Reminder
During my first VERY SUCCESSFUL HEALING 1984-85, my Kinesiologist recommended I drink 12 cups of newly extracted Vegetable Juice per week. I bought a centrifugal juicer and went to work. About this time I read Norman W. Walkers small book on Veggie Juice healing that he wrote in the 1930s (since los...

Re: SPMS How often do you see your doctor
MRIs are a good tool for diagnosis but are of limited usefulness otherwise - some people have lots of lesions and minimal or no symptoms and others have few or no lesions and lots of symptoms. Lesions also come and go regularly so depending on when you have an MRI, they may be present or not. You m...

Re: lymphatic vessels in the spine
Thanks for the link which is very timely for me because a back injury has impacted my sacral spine, impeding movement in general (tensed up the musculature) and no doubt CSF circulation which I believe is manifesting as MS Progression.

Re: Progressive MS
Vesta, how do you account for the fact that many people with MS do not have CCSVI or any type of restricted blood flow? Refer to Dr Owiesy's work. Stress can cause temporary spasms in the veins to block blood flow. Same principle with Trigeminal Neuralgia (sp?). And Migraines. It's more complicated...

Re: Progressive MS
Hey VESTA you really went all in on CCSVI do you think it causes ms or ms causes it what I mean is when the blood flows though a restricted vein is the blood infected with ms but because less blood gets to your brain it enhances the lesion' s that are there. So more flow is better to circulate the ...

Re: I need a REAL MS Specialist
"Why are Neurologists unequipped to help me ?" What type of doctor could actually 'help' and what could he/she actually help with? My father had MS about 50 years ago and there was little known then about MS and MS treatment and frankly I don't know if there is much more known about treat...
