Here in upstate New York, we have a local brewery that only brews gluten free beers. The primary ingredient is Soghrum. Not sure if that makes it a better choice.

I do not take hemp oil myself, but do enjoy hemp seeds from Nutiva.
Some people have had some poor quality seeds from them, but I am fairly satisfied. Are hemp seeds a good way to get added nutrition and quality levels of zince, copper, magnesium, omega's and phosphorus?

Well the good thing for me, I make good choices for healthy eating. Once in a while its good to splurge on something, but overall, its mainly fruits, veggies, little dairy.
