Have you found info on INSAID use with MS?

I am reading information about improved EDDS scores from these regimes and wonder why I have not been told about them by my Neurologist as I become less mobile? Where is this information, and why aren't others sharing this info?

It was suggested I go on Tysabri, but I am concerned about the lethal side effects. I didn't realize it helped with mobility, and other symptoms. Doesn't it have a 2 year use limit, for best results? What then?
