Re: Having trouble sending PMs

"I am trying to send a PM to a member that contacted me and the message is 'stuck' in my out box. How do I get it to send?"
I had that very same issue and question a while back.

Re: Progressive MS

"...the writings on the wall that were so blurry early on become clear. That's the only good thing about getting to this point it's a relief on the mind and fear." EVERYBODY, MS or not. Will suffer a breakdown of their body and mind and then die. But, this is a good thing because we all know where w...

Re: Magnesium Oil is a Muscle’s Best Friend

"THX1138 - Thanks for the info re: Mg oil. Can you recommend a product available online?" This is the one that I've used for the past decade: https://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-ultra-dr-barbara-hendels-magnesium-oil-3-8oz-bottles-liquid It comes from the ancient Zechstein seabed, as does the mu...

Re: question re appetite and zinc

More specifically, I had noticed that a one week washout period prior to the zinc and copper testing caused my zinc to drop significantly but it had no effect on my copper level. Like I said I had posted on TiMS about this but I don't know where it's at now :?: Reading through this thread, I couldn'...

Re: Magnesium Oil is a Muscle’s Best Friend

PJM26, Yes, it does help with spasticity. Just minutes after doing a short treatment, I notice that my muscles are less tight. In the past, I used to do treatments that lasted several minutes. These days, I only do very short treatments and I drink a lot of water along with the treatment otherwise I...

Re: question re appetite and zinc

ElliotB, How has the Zn/Cu thing been going ?
I have found that a washout period prior to the blood draw really affects results & somewhere on TiMS I have posted about it.

Re: I peed over a gallon last night

Scott1, thank you. I read the site that you linked. It sounds like I do not have a case of diabetes insipidus. My urine definitely darkens with reduced fluid intake (from light yellow to dark yellow), indicating that ADH is doing its job, as far as I can tell. That is my take on it anyway. Reflectin...

Re: I peed over a gallon last night

What are normal bladder habits? A healthy bladder can hold one and a half to two cups (300-400mls) of urine during the day and about four cups (800mls) at night. It is normal to pass urine five or six times a day if you drink between 6-8 glasses of fluid. It is usual to empty your bladder when you ...
