Awesome thanks. My bf actually stopped somewhere (not gnc) on his way home from work and he picked up Kal brand magnesium glycinate, is that brand good?

I am trying to find the best Magnesium suppliment to take, like healthy-wise, as well as should I pair with with Zinc and Calcium, or take Magnesium-Cal in one?? Ahh I am a little bit lost.

Seriously, High five to you too! I have been really frustrated, our bodys know when something is wrong and the drs really sometimes are no help at all!
