to tell or not to tell
I found myself even mentioning it to the electrician I had at my house today. I held it on the tip of my tongue for a moment and then just added it into the conversation. I think to break down the barriers or to get MS known out there is we have to tell people. More awareness the better. Does it rea...

LDN & Lipitor
OK having a few dramas with the above combination. Not sure what one is making feel crook. I have been on the Statins for quite some time without any dramas but once I added LDN into the mix I haven't felt well at all. I was fine for the first 2 months but now I feel like I wake up with a hangover e...

I agree
I agree as well I have always been a believer that EBV has a connection to MS. I devloped Glandular Fever (EBV) at 16 and was diagnosed with MS at 25, I was pretty sick with it in hospital 10 days with complications i.e enlarged liver and chest infection. My blood count was really low and I have alw...

Hi Kimmie Great - keep it up :) Yes it will make you feel worst but just remember it will pass after some work at it. The Physio lady said it will take some dedication but it is possible. Its time to take control !! Yes having someone drive me round in the car just about made me feel like I was goin...
Made it to 8 months
Hi guys I just passed 8 months of relpase free. Well actually I am not sure if I have had one. My legs have been a bit stiff ove rthe last month but I am finding the cold has contributed to that. If it is a relapse its mild enough not to bother me. I myself feel I haven't had one - well not yet anyw...
