My general health is good. I've just recently quit smoking, I'm eating better, and all that. I just don't want to inject myself anymore. To the point where my anxiety is getting bad bc ik i should but i just can't.

I have been on Avonex almost 6 years now and i have the same problem. at first doing the pen didn't bother me, but yesterday i had a huge breakdown and bawled my eyes out bc i just couldn't bring myself to push the button. im actually thinking of switching medicine just so i don't have to give mysel...
