Hi Andrew, We have spoken briefly in the MSRC chatroom :) I started IBT on the 20th January am currently at just over 4.5" Looking forward to the final push of 7" in maybe a couple of weeks as sleeping this way feels the most normal position for both my husband (in good health) and myself....
