Re: Holo TC Assay - jimmylegs….do you know?
Thanks very much for all that info. Reading through it seems my 40 reading combined with the 283 B12 means it isn't classified as deficient, even though it doesn't hit the 400 or 500 mark for the B12 itself. That is how I understood from the reading. So much information to digest. I'm not quite sure...

Re: A little nervous..
Well it's official. I've been diagnosed with MS. I'm sorry to hear that Luckynites. The people on here are a fountain of information - ask as many questions as you need to, and there is more than likely someone on here who will be able to offer at least something. That is one small comfort - there ...

I had an appointment with the neuro today following on from a cervical spine MRI last week. The MRI was normal. But, massive difference this time to several months ago. My neuro has said that there is categorically something physical and neurological going on. Findings on examination and reflexes et...

What does it mean
What does it mean when you can't do one/some of the neuro tests? I had an appointment yesterday as the one month follow up to the last appointment where nothing was seen on brain MRI and so off I was sent. Since that time my legs have become affected. Anyway, I could do 2 steps of heel toe walking b...

Re: I wish I could read an MRI
Thanks ElliotB. I have already changed my diet but it could still use work, exercise has been horrendous for me so I now need to try to explore other alternatives that don't raise my body temperature (like pilates and yoga I guess), lifestyle changes have been forced upon me, and I don't know what D...

Re: I wish I could read an MRI
Thanks THX1138. My mind is as open as is humanly possible right now lol. I'm just so frustrated with it all. And now my walking is affected it is really starting to bother me. These legs aren't mine. They can't be. They feel so foreign. I could swear I must have run a marathon yesterday they are tha...

I wish I could read an MRI
That's all. I wish I was a doctor. I wish I could work out what the hell is going on. I wish that when I'm at work and my chin starts twitching I knew why. I wish I knew why my legs suddenly felt as though someone had injected them with lead. I wish I Knew why everything is going to pot. That's all....

Re: Jimmylegs help please.....
LOL I don't even know what my zinc numbers should be!!!!! This is the thing - we trust blindly those who are trained to treat us. Yet we never question…. Unless we get the printouts…. or if we have some of this radical stuff happen to us that makes us wonder what the actual hell is going on…. That's...

Re: Jimmylegs help please.....
Thanks so much for all that information. Immensely helpful!! I particularly like the comparison of nutritional values chart. Brilliant!!! I have been doing quite a bit of reading to see if specific foods inhibit the absorption of iron and have read that coffee can do so by up to 60%. I drink a lot o...

Re: Jimmylegs help please.....
Thanks so much for your very detailed response!!! I read through your regimen post. Um. Wow. That is pretty full on. Hugely informative too. Now I haven't had my zinc levels tested at all. Nor have I Had magnesium levels tested. As regards the B12, what is the best way to bring that up to 500 odd? A...

Jimmylegs help please.....
I got some more blood tests done and have some more results and was hoping you could help.... Vitamin D is now at 69 (last test was 39). I'm taking 2000iu daily. Vitamin B12 is at 283. Iron is at 7 (which is apparently quite low). What do these levels mean in the context of any of the neurological s...
