My pain is a burning sensation through my arms, upper back, and through my legs. I also have the hug that constricts anywhere from my heart to around my hips. I also have tingling sensations in my hands, fingers and toes.

I used bleach tablets in the toilets so I don't have to scrub them. They last for about 2 months at a time and thus, I am able to justify the expenu.

Forgive me for being tongue in cheek, but my advice would be to move. Of course, I say that affectionately as I have spent a significant amount of time there. #puremichigan

Seriously, being active seems to help me when it is truly cold.

The "flu shot" is a vaccine.

I am just trying to understand your perspective better.

I second Scott. Start slowly and figure out what works best for you and your individual needs. There is a plethora of information and misinformation available so be sure to start from knowledge.....perhaps ask your doctor for some blood work to see what specific nutrients in which you are deficient ...
