Re: Just starting to put together vitamins and supplements h
I went through much of the vitamin and supplement issues this year. And I am not done yet. The only thing I do know is, if you are adding 3 different things, give your body time to acclimate before you try another. This way, you will know with each addition to your regimen, your bodies reaction. If ...

Re: Advice or input needed. Cant feel penis.
@Dictatordan, I have no advice but I know how difficult it is to describe the wild and random symptoms that happen with m.s. Makes a person feel very alone! Sometimes it is just good to vent to someone that understands how random this disease can be.

You have received so much wonderful advice from everyone! Just because he has m.s. Does not give him the right to be abusive. Take care of yourself, you have so much to offer don't waste it on someone who doesn't appreciate it!

Re: My mum was diagnosed with MS today... advice please?
I was diagnosed at 23 and am now 52. I was worried about my future. Should I marry? Have children? Take the promotion? Buy a house? If I had worried about what the future would hold and been paralyzed with fear, I would not have moved on to live my life by raising my daughter to 23, or by having a s...

Re: 30 year Anniversary with ms

My father was a painter with lead based paints all around and my mouth has many silver fillings. I have been tol by several people and this hair analysis that this problem c...

Re: 30 year Anniversary with ms
I take Lamictal to prevent seizures. I had a gran mal about 18 years ago. I was on Tegretol for about 15 years. I was up to 1000 mg when I went to the emergency room and they said my levels were sky high. I realized there was a problem when I found out my pharmacist could not stock it anymore. My do...

Re: 30 year Anniversary with ms
Ok "scott1" I feel that you are spying on me! I am just teasing. You know me too well. I am in physical therapy twice per week. I live in an urbanized farming community that has very little to offer re physical enrichment such as any kind of Pilates. We have a ymca that is probably 50 year...

Re: Why did you choose Avonex?
This is an old thread but it takes me back to my choice of Avonex. When it came out, there were only three! Yes, 3! I liked Avonex because it was only once per week. With the others a person was required to inject 2or 3 times per week. To me that was a no-brainer. At the time it came out, it include...

Hi there "who knows"! And may I ask how that handle came to be? And of course you may "jump in"! I have a a best time of day for a long time. It used to be 6am. Then it was after 2 pm 3pm and now it has settled on 8pm. I am sure a part has to do with my husband who works nights. ...

Re: 30 year Anniversary with ms
Ok @scott1, here goes Legs are very weak. If I stand for longer than 5 minutes they give out. I then fall or I sit quickly. This is usually until about 8pm. After that they get stronger and I walk around a bit. I retire about midnight, when I wake up, I am back to square 1. Like Cinderella Frequentl...

Re: 30 year Anniversary with ms
I understood the gist of what you are saying and your literary skills are just fine.
A wish list?
I want my legs to get transmissions from my brain, so I may walk the way I used to walk.
