My MS has been pretty quiet, knock on wood. Although I am not sure if I am getting added fatigue because of MS with the surgery. Although I am not new to MS, I still have no clue what to expect.

:roll: Hello! I am new here, but not to MS. I was dx in 2002, with RRMS. I just had my hip replaced 2 months ago, and it has been a slice of hell. I know that MS has made my recovery more difficult. The fatigue from surgery, plus the usual MS fatigue. Add monthly hormones, and there's my slice. BTW,...

I have not 'walked' that much since my onset of OA. Not using those muscles, and a bout of overuse....

Hello, I spent about an hour walking in the pool today. (First time in ages) I also have hip dysplasia, so any high impact is out. My legs felt fine in the pool, yet when I got out, they felt like rubber, and I had zero balance. Is it possible I spent too long in the pool? I feel fine now, so what g...
