The MRI photos I've shared show a progression of lesions as compared to 13 months ago. Could this be MS even though lesions are not necessarily in the areas seen with MS??

The neurologist that I saw a year ago and then again a few months ago has referred me to an MS Neurologist for further evaluation. He stated that with increase in white matter lesions even though inconsistent with MS could still be MS given my symptoms and the fact that they appear and then go away ...
