I forgot to report that my labs in regards to nutrition were all ok. I don't have the specifics because I forgot to ask for a copy when I was there. But I will get this info and report it here so you all can let me know what is missing.

Tomorrow is the next step on my journey to figuring this out. I am having a lumbar puncture. I have been told to have someone else drive me, to arrive well hydrated, expect to lie flat for an hour afterwards and then to take it easy the rest of the day. What else can you tell me about this procedure...

He examined me (nominally), and determined my strength and reflexes are intact. If your Neurological exam/evaluation is normal MS becomes less likely.
