Re: Hello

Small update: Close to becoming a Q-Grader (arabica coffee grader/expert/gourmet, 5000 in the world, not sure about any with MS) For 1 week, I was able to wake up and sleep just like a normal person. So I guess it is all psychologic. Almost the same regimen. Really intense training, lots of effort. ...

Re: Accidental MS Treatment Discovery

You can't label anything a discovery with your observations. You need proof. It is not scientific.

Massage can be beneficial. It may have the potential. I am just against labeling your experience as a treatment discovery. It can work for you but we don't know if it will destroy someone else.

Be careful with your blood sugar. 7 days x 1 gram cortisol messed up my levels.

Magnesium and D3 are extremely important during recovery.

Trust your body, it can do ALOT of repairs. You just need to boost it.

Re: Diagnosed with CIS today, more tests to come - things to know/ask?

DMD is kinda a trial and error thing. Your first goal must be going into remission. If CRAB (interferons) does the job, consider yourself lucky. I prefer needles over PML risk.

We share a very similar story and I think it may help you. Take care and everything will be fine (Imamoglu wins...)

Re: Hello

I am much better now. Still a little bit emotional, no signs of panic attacks but my sleep cycle is messed up. I plan to stay on 10 mg for a month and halve again.

These coffee exams will unveil if I have any taste/smell/sensory loss.

Re: Hello

I decreased my anti-depressant citoplaram to half the dose 3 days ago. Way too many effects. Anxiety, stress, emotions, all have increased. I know this will take some time and I want to discontinue citoplaram.

I am about to be a Q-Grader (Coffee tasting expert) in June. Yea MS and coffee. Why not? ;)

Re: Step 1: Assess/Correct Your Essential Nutrient Imbalances

Yea good one, thanks J.

I have 3 additional things:

1) Normal is not normal for MSers
2) Regular blood testing is important if you take supplements
3) It is a discovery process about dosage efficiency
