Hello Shayk, I would like to advise you not to worry to much about getting affected with mono, just avoid at all costs getting in contact with infected spit. Unfortunately my credible sources are books and articles in Greek that I have read on that matter which are in fact very convincing. It doesnt seem to be a theory at all but everyday phenomenon.
