I'm reading through this site tonight trying to find out how Barb Farrell is doing since the initial information we received from her husband. Am I missing something? Nothing new since the procedure on Wednesday.

Soapdiva884, I knew that my husband wasn't at the very top, but I think he was probably in the first 50 because of my conversation with Holly. Anyway, thank you for responding to my post. I'm feeling very defeated right now. I can't image how Dr. Sclafani must feel. I just watch my husband struggle e...

My husband is (I think because we called the first week in March) on the top of Dr. Sclafani's list. Why does this have to be so difficult? This is my husband's only hope because the Tysabri doesn't seem to be working anymore. We just came back from his neurologist appt and infusion and I was hoping...

Re: dopplers don't work all that well

if you're in the states try to get on Sclafani list. I know he's messing with irb now but imagine that should be rectified 6 months. Good luck Barbara Do you think it is going to take six months for Dr. Sclafani to start treating again? I was hoping it would be within the next month or two. Ugh...

Dovechick,

Haven't heard from you on here lately. Even checked your tracking thread. How is Ella since she received the stent? Doing better, I hope.

Very good question Asher. Many people will be asking the same and I for one did not think you were trying to cause any problems - just asking for clarification. Makes me wonder too.

It was very obvious on both issues - Dr. Miller on the drug therapies and Dr. Zamboni when asked the question (regarding iron) by the doctor in the audience. I also was happy to hear that one reporter asked for an explanation of why there was a difference in the number of patients that Dr. Zamboni f...

Thanks Dr. Sclafani. I was really feeling anxious the last few days. My husband is also on the list for the testing/procedure with you. It is comforting to know that we have you in our corner.

Broomdancer, My husband's feet feel (to him) like they are burning or other times they feel ice cold. They are also very rough, dry and scaly. Maestro, My husband also has neck and shoulder pain and for the past twelve years he has had back pain that is in one area of his back. We have been to numer...

When you say there were six who were cancelled at Stanford, I'm sure you mean six who already had their appointments scheduled. My husband was also on the list for Stanford, talked to Dr. Dake and others there, but never even got to the point where we had an appointment date. I would guess there wer...

I thought I would just bump this list up. Many of the newbies will never recognize some of these names. This is a list of those who were tested and/or treated at Stanford, except for a few at the end of the list who I don't think ever made it to Stanford because things came to a hault. Wish we would...

The baclofen doesn't help my husband to any great degree, but he does take two at night. We did raise the head of our bed by three inches (Andrew Fletcher suggests 6 inches) and after a couple of weeks, his legs spasms decreased. Worked better than the baclofen. It has been six weeks since we raised...
