Doesn't anyone think that the words used by Tim (son of the ex CEO of PharmaFrontier) to create hype around this vaccine is unethical? Also, don't his parents own (or perhaps owned) many shares in Opexa? I am wondering why nobody is bringing this up. I have followed everything he has written on this...

Thanks everyone for your answers. Thanks Mike for the link. I enjoyed watching it. My neuro who said this to me is an ms specialist. He has been treating ms patients exclusively for MANY years (I think he’s in his 50s now). He has also been involved in clinical trials. But, this doesn’t mean that hi...

Something my neuro said about Tovaxin

I had a neuro appointment yesterday and I brought a recent article from Opexa (this one: http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/111260.php) to ask a few questions to my neuro. In the article, I was impressed to see that some people in the trial had improved and I wanted to see what my neuro would ...

Private doctors can prescribe pretty much anything even before it's been "approved" by government bureaucracies. I can't think how you could otherwise get a prescription since doctors which are governed by public sector rules simply cannot do anything but the "approved" thing. :...

Receiving Campath before it is approved for ms?

I may be mistaken but I think I heard of some people being prescribed Rituxan in the past to treat their ms even if it hasn't been officially approved for ms yet. I know that Campath can have some pretty serious potential side effects. My question is; do you think someone could ever be able to recei...

News about Opexa

I ran into this today while wasting some time online: < shortened url > Opexa Therapeutics’ Amendment No.1 on Form 10-KSB/A Report Audit Includes ''Going Concern'' Qualification THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Opexa Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPXA) noted today that its financial statements fo...

I think anyone in the study could answer this question for you. They don't give us that information. The only information that a patient is given that relates to the study is his/her EDSS. They also tell you if there is anything above or below normal range in your blood profile. Things like cholest...

Tim, I have been paying attention to your story for a long time. There is something I have been wondering for quite some time and now I decided to post my question. The improvement in your EDSS is quite impressive! You also say that you are now stable. What I am wondering is what do your MRIs show? ...

Question about minocycline

How long does it take for minocycline to start working (when talking about ms and not acne  )?

I’m sure this has already been discussed before but I am in the middle of a relapse right now and I really don’t feel that good!
