CCSVI and change of seasons
Would change of seasons affect someone with CCSVI? Everytime the seasons change, I feel horrible. I have been so dizzy and nausious the past 4 days, it's very miserable. I thought I had a flu or cold at first, but no fever or or other symptoms. Besides this is how my relapses often start. There is s...

And guitarguy - there IS a separate forum. This one. If you aren't interested don't click on it. For example, I have no real interest in statins. I don't go in there berating everyone. I'm not saying you do, btw. um I wasn't referring to you, no need to attack me. I am on your side. I think you nee...

For some reason I never really fit the profile for typical MS. But then I am always told, nothing is typical when it comes to MS and we are all different. For me, I seem to do better in heat and I mean extreme heat. 100 plus temps do not phase me a bit. When it cools off or the seasons start to chan...

That makes perfect sense to me. I moved from Colorado to Texas, I was so afraid of moving to texas because I was warned the heat would make my MS worse. Well since I have been here I am doing 100 times better. When it cools off here, I start to feel dizzy and I stiffen up. In Colorado each attack ha...

Optic neuritis but no vision loss?
Is it possible to have an attack of Optic neuritis with no vision loss? I had ON 2 times in the past. Years ago. recovered vision both times. But recently I have been getting severe headaches at night and my eyes hurt so bad! Tylnol does not help. I did have a severe bout with dry eyes that was trea...

Edema like that could be a sign of Congestive heart failure. Which concerns me about this procedure. Hi GG, Precisely how would a stent cause congestive heart failure? Please explain what your concern is so we can discuss that idea since you put it on this thread. Was holly's stroke a complication ...

Catfreak you have me freaked out. Why do you want to wait until morning? Not too mention Holly (completely different I know), but think of the people that never wake up because they waited!!!! Please Please Please go! I know, 10 pounds in such a short amount of time is alarming. Edema like that cou...
