Re: Need two volunteers for a study in So Cal.

Keep us informed....if you can. I am seriously interested in something less invasive but with greater patency. It sounds like the earliest he could publish anything would be torwards the end of the year....which seems like forever to me right now.

Dear Dr Sclafani, Just another quick thank you from someone you have not yet heard from to date. Although I have read most of this thread I am positive I have missed a few points (or more). Please forgive me if this has already been asked and answered. I am getting closer to "pulling the trigge...

Thanks to all invovled for your wonderful work. You don't know me but I feel I know everyone of you. I have been lurking at TIMS for years and have been excitedly reading all about CCSVI since December 2008 and was very much interested in Dr. Dake's work since I live in So. California. Based on what...

Well I had a wonderful convo with my neuro today. I actually had an appointment with him 2 weeks ago and it was then that I asked if he was familiar with CCSVI. He did not have any information as to what it was so I gave him the basics and he told me he would be doing some research. I had actually s...

I, like most posting on the CCSVI threads, solidly believe in a CCSVI - MS connection. I have a neurologist who is very open minded and he never subscibed to the auto immunity theory. He always thought the immune response was a secondary response and that something else occurred first. I sent him al...

Just my quick take on this discussion about CCSVI. Zamboni's data indicates that there is something more going on than a mere coincidence when it comes to CCSVI and MS. There is a strong correlation between the two but we don't have enough information to say CCSVI is a cause or symptom. I guess it i...

Questions for those who had jugular stenosis and could see the collateral veins attempting to provide drainage. Where were the collateral veins located in relation to your jaw, face, neck, ear and did they appear to be shallow or deep in relation to your skin? Were they close to the facial vein? I k...

I would expect if there is a "cure"using embryonic stem cells those who are opposed to it on moral grounds would not accept the treatment. Anyone care to respond???? Long time surfer who has only posted here once. DX'd 7 years ago with first symptoms going back some 19 years. I'm currentl...

I discovered this problem when I started taking avonex seven years ago. My insurer and the pharmacy coordinator stated my avonex prescription would be covered under pharmacy and my cost would be reasonable and yet I received a bill from the pharmacy for the whole amount 2 months later. After much fr...
