I'm trying to get a handle on MS medications. Is MS one of those diseases where you have to find the right combination of medications for each individual? The last thing I feel like is having medications make me feel whoopier than I already am! Other than researching medications/discussing tx option...

Is there a difference in having lesions on the brain stem vs the brain? My MRI shows I have lesions in both area's. From your experience/research do you think there is a difference? Not that lesions anywhere on the brain are good but I'm more scared of those on the brain stem considering it handles ...
