I was diagnosed in October of 07. I have not had another attack since the initial one. I don't remember having symptoms before my first attack either. So, this drug is working for me. I hope it continues to do so!

It could be Copaxone, it could be my IUD. I'm not sure if either of those play a factor, both, or I'm just eating a few extra calories here or there when I'm stressed. I know that I've been relapse free for 1.5 years and when I think about that, the weight comes second. You could also talk to your d...

I know it's a bit scary. I'm in the same boat. I'm about to go off to have our second child. I'm nervous, but I know it's what I have to do. I wish you quick success and best wishes!

I think we all need to find a supportive neurologist who really listens. Mine is just awesome and has such a positive outlook for me, that I can't help but me more positive about my own outcome. If you don't find someone you feel has compassion and respect for what you are going through, I urge you ...

I had my left side go numb with lots of tingling. I had to push for further tests. I finally had an MRI (twice) and was sent to a neurologist. He did a spinal tap to confirm and it was MS. I felt like I knew from day one. I think you just know!

New to this site

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site. I'm 28 and was diagnosed in October on 2007. I knew what was wrong before doctors would confirm. It took a month to get that confirmation. I was already on to dealing with it. Anyway, I have a 2.5 year old son, am married, haven't had a relapse and am on Copaxone. ...

You all will probably laugh, but I had my wisdom teeth taken out with laughing gas. I had no pain, it was quick. However, the next day was the first time I experienced MS symptoms. I'll always think of my wisdom tooth extraction as that moment that triggered my MS. LOL

I guess I see it in a different light. I've always felt that the companies that offer the best support get the most business. When I have a question, it's comforting to know I can call and speak with a nurse. If I had to call my doctor it would be a couple days before I would hear back, or I'd have ...

I starting taking copaxone after my diagnosis in October of 2007. I have not had any relapses or side effects. So far things are good. I get some slight injection site reactions like bee stings, but nothing that would make me want to stop taking the therapy.

New with questions

So, I was diagnosed with MS is 2007 and haven't even talked to anyone else with MS. I'm not sure why, I just never had a question. I'm a stay at home mom to a 2 year old son. I have never had a relapse. Now to the questions. My husband and I are considering having another baby. However, we are worri...
