Could it not be secondary to the MS? My worry is that an auto immune "problem" (possibly related to EBV anbd vit D) causes inflammation in the tissue around the veins, which in turn causes stenosis. This then causes the symptoms of fatigue and brain fog. Hopefully someone can point to some...
