Ihope it will work for you. I'm in my second month with LDN and have noticed some minor improvements in my stamina and fatigue level and perhaps a bit less pain, and I sleep much better. You may have some wild dreams when you begin. I did and enjoyed them.

Thanks for the welcome, and the heads up @ ginsing. We have had a few hot days when the trades died down with some showers so we experience high humidity a few times during the summer, but we do have the best weather I've ever experienced.
