Hi, I'm new to the MS journey but do have some thoughts on the lumbar puncture. I thought if I had one it would give me a definite answer as to whether or not I have MS. Whether I exercise or not is one of the few things I feel like I have control over since I was diagnosed. I do eliptical and treadmill on alternating days along with weights, bands and balance exercises. I am also a big fan of walking on my toes and heels, and standing on one leg while I wash dishes...

Hi, I'm mostly a lurker here, so I hope you don't mind if I ask you all a question. I am having pain behind my right eye. I am not having any increased vision loss.
