Whether I exercise or not is one of the few things I feel like I have control over since I was diagnosed. I do eliptical and treadmill on alternating days along with weights, bands and balance exercises. I am also a big fan of walking on my toes and heels, and standing on one leg while I wash dishes...

I think it's interesting that so many people with MS also have migraines. It seems like a direct link to MS being a vascular disease. I hope they hurry with the CCSVI reasearch. Wouldn't it be great if we could get rid of our MS and our headaches at the same time?

Does your wife do anything for it? I am getting kinda tired of it.
