Update the home page

When I first started coming here, not knowing anything about MS, I did alot of reading on the front page of this site. Only to much later realize that everything was very much dated. I know there are always new people checking out this site, but many may give up before even finding the forums as the...

Great news! Hopefully no 'creative editting' - this will definitely helps our plight!

Hopefully someone in CA can TIVO it if the piece isn't hosted online.

Looks like a "give in one hand take away in the other" to me. Can't even begin to parse the doublespeak in this. "hey its already been looked at and dismissed people, move along, nothing to see here". Not much more or less than what I expected. I wonder how many people with MS will search out CCSVI...

The only positive thing about it I can see about this is that pharma-industry won't pay as much attention to CCSVI for now and try to destroy it (I know, I probably come across like a conspiracy theorist saying that, but it's just how I feel), while Zamboni, Dake, and others can do more research an...

Great info cheer and gang! Now I understand that CCSVI hasn't been around very long, there's not much published information and it's going to be a big uphill battle, but this type of stuff is what drives me crazy... http://www.nationalmssociety.org/search-results/index.aspx?pageindex=0&pagesize=20&k...

Hi. When in absolute silence, achieved by wearing earcuffs, I hear a constant ringing in both ears. It is not very loud and I have always thought this was normal. Is this tinnitus? sou It could be. Mine really is only noticable in the silence also, throughout the day I don't notice it too much, if ...

mine changes pitch but I have stents.......... :? Hmm, well maybe it can be a coincidence, but it would make sense that there is a correlation, after all we are talking about the blood flow, veins and irregularities so close to the inner ear. And when you think about it no one really can say for su...

Tinnitus and CCSVI

I'm curious how many of you suffer from tinnitus ie. ringing in the ears? I most certainly do and it's what lead me to my soft diagnosis of MS. My ENT informed me of the possibilty of ms after a brain mri showed some irregularities about 1 1/2 years ago. Laying in bed last night I realized that if I...

I looked into this, sent them an email and offered to be involved. They responded that since I am yet undiagnosed that I really wasn't a fit, but would keep my info on file if they expand their parameters. Just glad to see others looking into such avenues. Being in Cleveland, I've been keeping an ey...
