The usual denialism of most neurologists, in addition to jealousy among colleagues of the same university.frodo wrote:masci wrote: Sad. Did they report their reasons for withdrawing?

Exactly. The neurologists in Ferrara chose to withdraw, and patients will be recruited from Salvi/Bologna. After, Catania starts, and then the other hospitals to follow.

Re: CCSVI associated with PP and SP and duration of disease
Cece, 19.6% of positive CCSVI is ridiculous. Authors correctly say "A higher frequency of CCSVI has been found in MS patients", as the percentage of the healthy control group is 5%. Furthermore, they suggest that "CCSVI could be related to MS disability" and not vice versa. "...

Hello, Mark. I completely agree with you that the fake interventions are a trap set by the neuro. Unfortunately, even the prof. Zamboni had to submit to this imposition, to be able to see accepted his Brave Dreams. I am Italian, and Brave Dreams' start is shifted from month to month, because additio...

Re: advanced sonological protocol from Italian study
Baracchini & Al are known v CCSVI. Their studies have often been criticized by prof. Zamboni.
In previous studies, has been matched CCSVI / MS = 0

Cece, I completely agree with you. I already wrote that Brave Dreams should have an additional control group consisting of patients without medication.

Re: ISET 2012 now underway
Cece, Dr. Magnano Brave Dreams can not attend, because he works in a private clinic: in Italy it is not allowed. Instead the other 2 hospitals are the University Hospital (Prof. Veroux) and Cannizzaro Hospital (Dr. Cacciaguerra + dr. Patanè), also with great experience CCSVI.

Re: ISET 2012 now underway
Cece, Marco Magnano is an IR of Catania in Sicily. He works for a fee and following CCSVI for about a year. In Catania there are 3 other public hospitals, which operate at no cost to patients. 2 of these hospitals will participate in Brave Dreams. I am Matteo Scibilia, president of a small group CCS...
