Further confirmation from an Unlikely Source
Translation from http://www.estense.com/?p=152794 "CCSVI increases by 9 fold the probability of developing Multiple Sclerosis. This resounding fact is only the latest to emerge from the developing scientific debate on the correlation between CCSVI and MS." This is the assertion in a press ...

Correction
Hi Folks, actually Prof T was made aware of this claim and wishes to make the following correction ad verbatim. > There is apparently a blog stating that my trial has been approved. > I wonder if you would be able to squash this rumour as a trial has very > definitely not been approved. > In fact th...

Re: Not Persuaded and Still Sceptical
I do not want to get into any peeing matches (actually, I do, but I don't have the time or energy), but Doc Flanagan was invited here, and is presenting his point of view. I write all the time "in my view"," in my opinion", etc., and so do most. An hypothesis is presumed from th...

Not Persuaded and Still Sceptical
Hey Doc, I realise this 'chiropractic view' of anatomy is the perspective from which you come, but cervical subluxations as a 'Likely link' to one cause for all neuro degenerative diseases? This is a bit of a stretch in my view. Would you mind outlining the most convincing evidence for this theory...

Post Op + 60 days
G'day Folks, I've just a terrific time in the lead up to and during the wedding of my daughter, and can report only positives for post procedure outcomes compared to pre-op. Better than preop but less than Post Op + 15 days: 1. Urgency and Bladder control 2. Short term Memory, Thinking speed and con...

I had my venogram at alfred with professor Thompson on thursday. My both jagulars and valves within it are perfect as well as azygous. Been quite dissapointed with the results and still cant believe that ccsvi is not part of my RRMS. I had doppler ultrasound couple of months ago which showed jagula...

Clinical Trial in Melbourne
Smokey, For all intents and purposes the initial (pilot) clinical trial @ the Alfred has already begun (first 20-30 angioplasties) and an evaluation of these patients' clinical outcomes in May-June will determine an expanded clinical trial's framework. Evaluations will probably continue over at leas...

Re: brisbane contacts
Chus, chus wrote:Hi, Does anyone know if there are any Brisbane doctors currently doing this procedure?
Call Prof Thomson's number (03) 9076 2536 and ask his PA Jan if you could have the contact details, provided of course they have started to take appointments in Brisbane.
Cheers,
