The mental break of not shooting myself everyday was AMAZING! I really, really needed that. I am back to daily shots now, an...

You may find that shooting manually is more helpful on the thigh. some go at a 45 degree angle and just pop it un...

I am extremely lucky that its almost free to me, and I am considered stable for the time being. my lesion load has decreased, and I am very low curre...

MY MS Center tells me ANY new or worsening of a old sx that lasts for 24 hours NEEDS to be reported. Even if only for documentation. It should be reported UNLESS its a visual sx. Optic Neuritis is a hall mark sign of MS, and many folks with MS have it, or have had it, or will get it. Damage to the o...

heat only bothers me when I am IN a flair, or headed at one. When I am not mid crisis, I LOVE my hot bath/showers. I love the sunshine, and working up a sweat. When i am IN crisis, or headed to a flair, I cant take doing the dishes, because of the hot water. the ironing knocks me down. I have gotten...

I am so sorry that you are having these issues. it can be frustrating to chase a diagnosis. Let me tell you that there are more than 100 diseases that can mimic MS symptoms, and yes shoghrens is one of them. The positive ANA titer and the rhuemy stuff are strongly leading towards a suspiciion of sjo...

I have RRMS since 2005. Did the Betaseron dance, and my liver was unhappy, so I have been doing the Copaxone dance for a few years now.
