another interesting clue ... ACE inhibitors (e.g., Lisinopril) that reduce blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels appears to have a positive effect on MS. venous insufficiency is more common among women (think varicose veins), so this could explain the gender difference in MS and make the CCSVI association/cause of MS consistent.
