Open message to the newbie called "DopplerPro"
Obvoiusly you are very angry either with Dr Cooperberg or False Creek for services we are providing. Your opinion is not factual, and you are creating a great deal of stress and damage to the hopes and aspirations of people suffering with MS by posting these types of destructive messages. Dr Cooperb...

out of line?
Actual bilmiek you are the one out of line I am returning from the Hamilton meeting were it was widely acknowledged that Ccsvi needs further studying. Transcranial dopler was hardly mentioned and is not a requirement . In fact. The most definitive test is venograghy. MRV needs further fine tuning as...

false Creek Studies
To answer the question:
We are expecting Dr Simka to spend a day at our clinic when he comes to Vancouver.
I will most likely go to Hamilton.
Dr G.
The company that makes the transcranial doppler is Esaote.
We are going to look into this doppler.
Our MRV protocol is an adaption for 3T from Dr Haacke

False Creek Studies
[Thanks, I edited my post and changed the word to 'clinic' from study. Now, if they aren't performing accurate testing that people are paying for aren't people getting scammed by them then?] We are performing the MRV studies and the Doppler Ultrasound. We are not doing the Transcranial doppler. You ...

Findings at FCSC Vancouver/Canada
Out of 45 patients scanned to date:
6 patients have significant narrowing of the Internal Jugulars on MRV.
15 patients have other venous abnormalities that may or may not be pathologically significant.
So we are finding abnormalities.

CCSVI and diagnosis
In Canada unlike the US it is difficult to access a MRI machine that has the software and sensitivity such as a 3TESLA. for CCSVI
I believe the only place offering clinical studies that is not research based in Canada is in Vancouver which has the only 3T MRI offered to the public.
A shame really
