I think giving them the Protocol is more important than the Tesla of the machine. Try to befriend a radiologist and convince them why it is important to follow the protocol.

National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) at Banglore has a 3 T MRI machine and color Doppler facility. Since its a Govt sponsored research institute, its is >20% cheaper.
