You have to look for the member muse in this forum. Send her a PN for contact will be the best. She i...

If it depend on the dose and the mode how you administer it, what was your dose and how did you administer it? I dont know why there are so many sources talking about the ...

Is p<.05 the highest possible statistical significance figure that a researcher would consider statistically significant? You are right Cece. What does this p means? It means that if you have 100 studies with the same design and the same conditions who will get the same result as you got it in 5 st...

I worked for a while in biostatistics. First with this data you cant do anything with normal distribution. For confidence intervalls calculation you need the original data set. What you can do is a chi square test. With this test you can make a significance test between expected and observed numbers...

L, the test is perfectly available Rationale is whether urine hemosiderin is a biomarker of a venous problem (in CNS in our case). According to Zamboni it is. In principle hemosiderin should not be in urine if Fe metabolism is working correctly. I wonder why this is not included in large studies as...

I find the 55%/62% numbers a little discouraging with the 80% being a little more comforting. We'll just have to see how this plays out with additional studies. In comparison to the Zamboni study it is not a so much difference. Zamboni had another exclusion criteria. He did not have any CIS and unc...
