Re: How many times have you had venoplasty for CCSVI?

Hi, I have had the procedure once, in 2010. I'm still enjoying most of the benefits I have experienced since then. Still headache free. Greater strength. Better balance. Less pain. Heat intolerance is starting to return somewhat. I've also returned to sweating profusely. (from my head) We're very pl...

Re: Inclined Bed Therapy

Hi Folks, Report Update: Back in August 2011 my wife and I ceased IBT due to her venous problems in her leg. (As recommended by her surgeon) At that time we had been sleeping inclined for one year with great results. I was treated in December 2010 and have had a great deal of symptom relief from it....

Re: CCSVI Conference at the Ottawa Convention Centre

Interesting coincidence. The Ottawa MS Clinic and the MS Society of Canada (Ottawa Chapter) are hosting a "MS Wellness Conference" on the same day. Free parking, Buffet lunch and afternoon snacks provided. We already printed our tickets for the CCSVI Conference at the Ottawa Convention Cen...

Ceasing IBT

Hi folks, My spouse and I have been sleeping on an inclined bed for approximately 1 year. Both of us have felt improvements and are happy that we tried it. Unfortunately, my significant other can no longer sleep inclined due to bad leg vein valves. The specialist treating recommended against using a...

Hi, Dr. Sclafani performed my CCSVI intervention back in December 2010. I currently have SPMS, for approximately 2 years. RRMS since 1989. I have never taken any of the DMDs. I'm doing very well since the procedure. My EDSS score went from 3.5 to 1.5. (Tested ~2 months post procedure). Now I'm doing...

I second what jackiejay said!

He's going to have to say it again to get my interest.

Not a word has been spoken of CCSVI, except for the
CBC's timely propaganda.

Hi, I agree with 1eye. May 5th is ridiculous. What is the point of having the rally AFTER the election? It only gives them the opportunity to ignore us for several more years. I also think we should meet on the hill before then. Screw the required permits/licenses! Invite the media and maybe they ca...

to Blossom,

Right click the video and disable "HD".

Perhaps your computer doesn't have a fast enough cpu/gpu to
handle High Definition video stream.

hope this helps

Regarding "dynamic occlusions" I underwent the procedure and was found to have 100% blockage in my IJV when my head was turned to the side. Full flow in all other positions. As far back as I can recall, I've always slept in that position. 8O Obviously, I have modified my sleeping habits. m...

Just something weird I do to alleviate neck/head pain

For 20+ years I've suffered neck pain as well as headaches. I've always felt the need to rock my head left and right when I'm in the supine position. Even sitting back in a chair with my neck resting on the headrest causes me to do this. It lessens my pain but makes me look like an idiot. lol. I won...

capturing/printing

Hi, As ndwannabe mentioned, I too use the PRTSC key and paste it into GIMP or PhotoShop etc. Alternatively, pressing the alt key in combination with print screen will capture the currently selected window. Print screen (often abbreviated Prt Scr, Print Scrn, Prt Scn, Prt Sc, Prt Scrn, or Prnt Scrn) ...
