I also started at 1.5mg and worked my way up to 4.5 mg. I have been on 4.5mg now for the past 4 months. I myself had severe allergies to pollen but this year you would not know it. As for as dreaming goes, I did not dream before LDN and I don't dream while on LDN. My wife tells me we all dream but s...

It's funny you should mention that. I had problems with may back do to a lifting incident about 2 years before I was diagnosed. It was a year after that I had to start going to the chiropractor because the pain was getting worse. It helped, but at the time I thought the weak leg I was having was a r...

That was very interesting Lenard thank you. I am very interested in that article. I've had type 1 diabetes for 38 years, celiac disease since 2001, and diagnosed with PPMS in 2008. So this makes me think what may lie beneath the surface of this exterior of mine. A tangled mess more likely but it kee...

CCSVI and Diabetes
I have not been tested for CCSVI yet, but I am wondering if I should go right away because I have type 1 diabetes along with MS. I asked my GP, he told me that it wouldn't add any additional concern that I have diabetes and may have CCSVI. Should I have any additional cocerns? I will have the proced...

Last time I was in to see my neuro, he and I did not agree on a couple issuses. I told him as far as I could see the difference between our educations is only cost. I said you probably paid 6 figures for your education and all I paid was $2500 for my computer and attachments for the same education. ...

The best thing that I done was got my GP's email from him and sent him a couple different websites to read when he could. My neuro would not give me his email address of course. The next time I went to see my GP he gave me his support and if I needed anything to have the CCSVI procedure done he woul...

I have been on LDN for about a month and a half now and my leg strength seems to be getting weaker. I started taking LDN the first of April at 1.5 mg. That was for a week, than I went to 3.0 mg for 3 weeks and now I am at 4.5 mg for the last 2 weeks. Should I stay at 4.5 mg for awhile and see what h...

Hey Sams, NO, I went to high school at Memorial High in Sydney Mines. I am on your meds for fatigue and pain etc.... I don't take any of the coventional drugs for MS but I just started one of the more promising drugs in my opinion, Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) I would suggest that you google on LDN and...

Just thought I drop in to say hello I live on the famous Cabot Trail, Cape Breton and was diagnosed in May of 2008. I have Primary Progressive MS. It's not easy but it is what it is and we have to move on with it. All I have to say is do a lot of research and inform yourself about MS. Be your own ad...

Re: Type1 diabetes and LDN
MS and Type1 diabetes are closely related. Does anyone out there have both and using LDN? If so does it have any affect on your Type1 diabetes? I have both and just starting to use LND. It has an effect on my over night blood sugars. It causes my blood sugars to go very low. I am using an insulin p...
