I would imagine that the stent manufacturing company would want to wait and see what comes of ccsvi. They don't want to have a bunch of money wrapped up in development and manufacturing of these stents if the liberation procedure isn't accepted for treatment of ccsvi. Just my 2 cents from a business...

I find myself getting really worked up over these misinformed articles. My local newspaper ran an edited version of the latimes story in the paper.
