Costa Rica - $12,900 (through Passport Medical). This includes testing, treatment, 12 nights in hotel, breakfast every day, 10 days of physio/rehab after the procedure. Flights and lunch/supper are an extra cost.

My Mom has an appointment in Costa Rica for September 16th! We put her name on the list approximately 2 weeks ago, so the wait isn't too long, compared to other places in the U.S. :D
