Thanks to both of you for your input. I really appreciate the second hand information from Dr. Powell. If I would have known that low body temperature was common with Cpn infection before I made the appointment I probably would not have done so. I really wish I had the funds to fly to Sacramento to ...

Daunted,It's an interesting point you make about low body temprature. This has been a problem of mine only since my last exacerbation almost a year ago now. I thought it was due to thyroid dysfunction, so I had my thyroid levels checked. T3 levels were normal but T4 was high. My doctor at the time s...

It has been a while since my last post, so I guess it is time for an update. I was on Doxycycline for 1 month but could not convince my Dr. to refill my prescription. I ultimately ended up ordering the full regimen as outlined by David Wheldon from over seas. I've been on it since the 17th of Novemb...

"ditto" daunted. I think we all have a wrestling between the conventional science and anecdotal stories. We would all like to think that those that practice medicine and those that are researching, know what they are doing. But to me it seems that their is a lot of misguided research going...

DR. LUTHER LINDNER'S RESEARCH

In researching pathogens and MS I stumbled upon some research done by a Dr. Luther Lindner from Texas A&M university. It was pretty old so I decided to email him to see if he was still working on it. The following is his reply followed by a link to his patent. I am indeed working on some bacteri...

ANYONE TAKE ACCUTANE?

I've noticed several lawyer commercials on tv proposing a link between MS and the acne drug Accutane. I took this drug for about two years. I was just wondering if anyone else had taken this drug or had heard of a possible link. I did a search and only found more law firms proposing a link between A...

to Treez and all others that might be interested in going the antibiotic route in the States, A lot of you may already know this but just in case. If your looking for an open minded Dr. Look in the direction of a D.O. as opposed to an M.D. Just by the very nature of their schooling they have to be m...

You can legally order medicine from overseas without a prescription as long as it's for personal use only. This is how I currently get my LDN.

Also Trying Antibiotics

I too have also decided to give antibiotics a try. I actually made my decision over a month ago, but could not find a cooperative doctor until recently. He wanted to test me for CPN but before we could do the test I came down with a bad urinary tract infection. Which is probably a good thing, since ...
