That's great lads, thanks, i've ordered the stronger stuff you mentioned above.
I'm in Ireland and can't get stuff i need locally but can easily order from the UK.
So now i'm now thinking i need to find out if i'm taking enough B complex!
Cheers again, Lou

Re: Tr1 Regulatory Cells and Vitamin D
Thanks for that,
how do you get that much vitamin D per day? I take 4x1000iu (the strongest ones ive found), how do you get that much? For all the vit D findings that are coming up i can't find a simple recommended dosage, and I don't understand most of the science above, sorry!
cheers, Lou

Re: Anyone with GOOD Experiences on Rebif??
Hi Amber, I have been on 22 using the rebismart for one year now, only slight high temperature side effect for a few weeks, no relapses since. No problems at all. Rebif nurse/rep very friendly and helpful. I'm also taking suplements of Vit D3, Omega 3,6,9, and vit B complex and Curcumin 2000mg I thi...

Hi Coffeediva, My experience with Rebismart has been very good over the last year and i'm sure yours will too! My flulike stuff went away after a few weeks and although it's sometimes a bit painful it's no problem. I'm so casual about it now that i sometimes forget to do it. My Rebif nurse/rep was v...

I had this too Kirsty, in the first month of shots. Had a tight feeling in the chest like i couldn't take a deep enough breath. When i told the nurse she said its not typical and was a little alarmed. But after a week or so i stopped getting any side effects at all and they,ve never come back. I'd f...

I've was reading up on this news after it came up in my Google alerts. Have i got it wrong or is it that Curcumin does exactly the same thing as it's claimed Albuterol does? And i may be too sceptical but as a neuro amateur i read it all thinking the good results were as a result of Albuterol comine...

This has been on my mind so much, but i hadn't considered what it would've been like if i'd had a sudden relapse that was obvious and needed explaining. Then i remembered that when i had optcal neuritis 2 yrs ago i did mention it to a few people that ms was mentioned while i was in hospital, but sin...

That's true, people i dont tell will assume they weren't trusted or close to me as they thought and that's not what i want. But if i don't tell them it's not generally known, they, understandable will want to tell their friends/partners purely out of concern, and so on. I'm in a small town and altho...

Who to tell...and when? any ideas?
Hi folks, While i'm getting used to the idea of having MS myself i'm having a dilema that i'd never considered till now. Who do i tell and when? So, i've told a few close friends and family of course but i've been able to give them a lengthy understanding of the condition and they've also done a bit...

In to my second week using the rebismart. Would definately recommend it. Takes less than five minutes to do, barely hurts, the nursing support is excellent, she's phoned 4 times already to check up on me! If it weren't for the minor side effects it'd have no impact on my life at all. Although i neve...

Good idea Mirry! I'm in Ireland and when i was woke up one morning with foggy vision my GP sent me straight to the nearest eye casualty 40 miles away. I know now what they suspected right from the start and they ordered MRI and LP but they weren't straight with me and i spent an awful night on IV st...
