I've been diagnosed for more than 25 years but am fairly new to the site and totally new to the forum. I have a couple of questions. !. I'm looking at possibly having both knees replaced. It has been a problem both night and day but night is definitely worse. I just can't figure out whether it's the MS or something else.

Does anyone but me have trouble with what seems like an unregulated body temperature? I've never seen it listed as a symptom. I've had problems with it before but lately it's worse. I'm either hot and sweating or cold and clammy. I'm not getting any sleep because I keep waking up every 20 minutes to...
