hi, my name is susan, i was diagnosed with myelitis in feb this year with a lesion at c6/7 and told i have a 50/50 chance of developing ms. i wanted to know if there was anything i could do to try to minimise this from happening? anything from lifestyle/diet etc. any advice would be more than welcom...
