Jimpsull, I seriously doubt there could be a patent infringement. Pharmaceutical grade Biotin is not a new compound. Drs Arslan and Sclafani presented a few of their case studies - talked about the importance of balloon size, reasons for non-response (Dr Sclafani has addressed these issues on this thread).
