Exercise keeps you going!

Hi all! I'm happy to say I can still exercise and use that as a gauge as to how my MS is or is not doing its thing. I do water aerobics in a therapeutic pool 2x week (90+degrees) and so far no problem with that temp water. The other days I practice walking on a treadmill, do aerobics on an elliptica...
