CindyCB, I am one without a ms diagnosis but have CCSVI. I live in the US but traveled to Bulgaria this past summer to be tested and treated. By not having a diagnosis, I was having a hard time getting anywhere being tested and treated. Bulgaria agreed to see me. I had severe stenoses. (90% left , 7...

Burg,
I am wondering what meds you are referring too since I was there around the same time as you. I haven't read much about that, although I know I've read that pretty much each Dr. has a little difference in drugs or duration.

I am also thankful for the Lord who gave me life, missing my son terribly who is serving in Afghanistan and grateful for Dr Sclafani's tireless effort and thrilled with the news he will be at it again in the very near future!

I live in Indiana and traveled to see Dr. Mehta a couple of months ago because I feared I had re-stenosed. (I had ballooning done in Bulgaria in July) My husband and I both were impressed with him. He seemed very cautious. I was disappointed though because he will not take me on as a patient because...

Dr. Flanagan, I had my first appt. with the upper cervical chiropractor today but need to go back for a couple additional x-rays and some neuro testing. (today was just a consult) I was quite happy with him, he seems to be a great listener which is a good start. I am wondering about the rolling ther...

I have re-stenosed, but remember right after the procedure some brief odd things but can't remember what they were exactly.
If you can contact msjen on the forum, I remember her saying things like the feeling of blood rushing in her head from time to time.
Hope she can help you!

That's great that the stents are doing just fine! That is so good to hear. Sorry that you feel some symptoms are a little worse. Hopefully that comes to a halt. I have not been diagnosed with ms either, yet was found with severe stenosis. I had the ballooning only done and have re-stenosed and am tr...

Thanks for your detailed response. I didn't want to bore anyone with my many symptoms but others that I didn't mention earlier are migraines, different parts of the bottom of my feet feel numb off and on throughout the day (mostly toes or pad below toes) and this gets more noticable when shoes are o...

Dr. Flanagan, Thanks for your time and effort on this forum. I have not had a diagnosis but have had 3 flare ups over a 30 year period. The first was nystagmus (like the person posting before me) which only lasted a couple of days and then gone. Nothing for the next 12 years and then had alot of wie...

I've wondered the same thing. I had 12 years between flare up number 1 and 2. then I had 16 years between number 2 and number 3. I have wondered why all those years I didn't have problems if I had the abnormalities all along. (I had the procedure done in Bulgaria) Another strange thing, with my seco...
