Red Light Therapy AKA Photobomodulation / LLLT

There are plenty of positive trials for Red Light Therapy, not only for MS but for every single body issue, from skin to brain to gut to injuries etc!

I found the most known blog that explains everything about it and a Norwegian Dentist that put all the studies together in one spreadsheet:

Τhere are endless videos on Υoutube explaining how it works but it seems to be the only method so far that enhances neurogenesis:

The best devices for MS, wraps, pads, hats etc or special ones like Vielight use wavelength for deep tissue penetration which is 810nm for transcranial use, and 830nm for distant exposure from panels, pulsing at 40Hz* for minimum temperature increase while deliver more energy, and exposure time from 5 to 20min.
Optimum energy for each session seems to be around 2500-3500 Joule in total.
I am going to order a small panel for my wife but I'd like to have other's experiences, if any!

*Gamma (γ) waves (35-80 Hz) are the fastest brain waves and are associated with higher brain functions like cognition and memory. In particular, 40 Hz, they can improve your cognition, information processing, memory, attention span, awareness and mindfulness. Due to these effects, researchers have indicated the use of gamma brain waves to treat numerous cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, mild traumatic brain injury, stroke, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and schizophrenia, and mood disorders like depression.
