cerebrospinal fluid flow is reduced in MS

Dynamic 11C-PiB PET shows cerebrospinal fluid flow alterations in Alzheimer's disease and multiple sclerosis

Conclusion:

Overall, these results indicate that dynamic 11C-PiB PET can be used to observe pathological changes in cerebrospinal fluid dynamics and that cerebrospinal fluid-mediated clearance is reduced in Alzheimer's disease and multiple sclerosis compared to healthy controls.

So something called a dynamic 11C-PiB PET could be used to measure improvement in cerebrospinal fluid flow after CCSVI treatment.

You could see improvement in my jugular vein flow as part of the angiogram during my procedure but if jugular vein flow isn't conclusively linked to brain health, than maybe it would be better to have a measurement taken by dynamic 11C-PiB PET, if cerebrospinal fluid flow is more intuitively or conclusively linked to brain health.

Good article.
