I just want to remind all that according to Zamboni's preliminary findings that having the CCSVI intervention improvement varies in time.
Go to page 75 stating recovery can take 4days to 4 months and further down the page was a Z test stating lower limb recovery as much as 6 months. and also mostly RRMS
We are not a patient society. We take pills for instant headache relief...microwave a potato so it will cook in minutes not hours in the oven. Fast food ...You get what i mean. so we pioneers must keep this in mind and we should not give up. Patience patients
How long would it take for a lesion to repair and regain most of its normal functioning? It can take hours to burn down a house but days/months to rebuild.

Re: Reminder
You're so right, Holly! I'm impatient, too...really wanted to see lesion healing on Jeff's 2 month MRI. I wanted tangible proof of what Jeff was experiencing. But this healing isn't just about lesions going away, it's about improved oxygenation to the brain and better venous drainage. You're all in this for the long haul.peekaboo wrote: Patience patients

but this is probably the last comment for a while...

I'm not offering medical advice, I am just a patient too! Talk to your doctor about what is best for you...

We have to also remember what lesions are. Sclerosis. I.e. scars.
They will probably never go away.
Although after hicy some of Mel's shrunk and her two black holes healed.
I think healing is more plasticity, ongoing damage stopped so the brain can re-route.
Re-routing won't be automatic either, one has to work at it which I know isn't easy.
