Immunoglobulins and B-cells

Post by frodo » Mon Jul 02, 2018 2:13 am

It seems that B-cells are responsible for producing the oligoclonal Bands (OCB) that appear in MS. For some reason which I don't understand, the B-cells are clones from the same one and produce mainly three immunoglobins (Ig) in CSF: IgG, IgM and IgA.
