Just sent money to Poland. Thanks to all on this forum x

Post by mags4short »

Hi All,

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all the wonderful people on this site.

I have just sent the funds to Poland and would not have known where to even start without all the valuable info and advice on here.

I am off to Poland on the 4th May and wanted to send the money early in case there were any hitches, but from reading this site I am more or less convinced that I have sent it the most cost effective and safest way possible.

( I will still be on pins until I hear that they have recieved it their end though :) )

SO thank you all you lovely people and good luck to anyone who is travelling this month.

hi mags
my procedures start on the 5/6 so I might meet you!
I'm in a wheelchair /
I am having a time with a money transfer because I'm dealing through Onanda... and it's hard to get it all set up early. I'm sure it will all work out, even if we are a day late in payment. I have to wait until Monday to have everything verified then I can transfer the money . I sure hope it's easy... hope to see you there!

I just got a cancellation for the 27th of April procedure to be on the 28th. I went to my bank in Canada and they set up the transfer for me, I feel so fortunate and so thankful for all of you on this site with the wealth of information. :D

Hi Esta,

yes we will definately meet, we will have to make sure that we keep in touch and arrange a get together at the hotel.

I made the transfer through Oanda too, it was OK once the account was set up. I am just waiting for the notification to say that the money has been recieved in Poland. :)
