It's nice to see some more scientific data with respect to Omega-3 and low fat diets.
Question: When they talk about "low fat diet (15% fat)", how does this translate into actual grams of fat intake per day?

Go to www.fitday.com just sign up for what they offer for free and you can add a food to your day and see the grams of fat in it. It shows sat fat, poly as well as Monounsaturated. In know time it becomes easy. :lol:
John was diagnosed Jan 2005. On lipitor 20mg .On Copaxone since July 4,2005. Vitamin D3 2000iu-4000iu (depending on sunshine months)June 10 2005(RX::Dr. O'Connor) Omega 3 as well Turmeric since April 2005. Q10 60mg. 1500mg liquid Glucosamine Nov 2005.
